Uneori cornice, alteori doar tragandu-ne de maneca, durerile de cap sunt un semnal ca organismul nostru ne cearta pentru anume neglijenta.</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="color:#808000;"><strong><em></em></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;"><span id="more-100"></span>Nu sariti peste mese. Cateodata infometarea cauzeaza dureri de cap;<br />
</span><span style="color:#808000;">Bananele dau o cantitate mare de energie si chiar diminueaza durerile de cap, cand apar;Incercati sa eliminati stresul din viata voastra.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Faceti miscare pentru a elimina stresul si tensiunea. Puteti incerca si pozitii  yoga pentru a stimula si imbunatati circulatia sangelui, ducand astfel si la o diminuare a durerilor de cap;</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Gustul dulce si catifelat este considerat foarte bun in alinarea durerilor de cap. Cand suferiti de dureri de cap consumati un produs dulce sau chiar o lingurita de zahar;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Laptele este foarte folositor in cazul durerilor de cap. Este de preferat a se consuma lapte de vaca, incalzit putin, imediat dupa aparitia durerilor;</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Evitati mancarea de proasta calitate sau mancarea prajita, atunci cand va doare capul;</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Beti multa apa;</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Mancati legume verzi si bogate in fibre;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Dormiti. Un somn bun este solutia multor probleme;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Evitati excesul de branza, ciocolata, creme, carne de miel.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Mancati alimente bogate in calciu, proteine, vitamina B12, vitamina C si vitamina D;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Asezati-va pe podea si inchideti ochii. Tineti corpul drept si trageti aer in piept si tineti-va respiratia cateva secunde, apoi eliberati dioxidul de carbon si relaxati-va cateva secunde. Faceti acest lucru timp de 10 minute.<br />

<p><span style="color:#808000;"><em><strong>Remedii naturale</strong></em></span></p>
<p><em><span style="color:#808000;">In cele ce urmeaza va prezentam cateva remedii impotriva durerilor de cap, pe care le puteti pregati acasa:</span></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Preparati o pasta din usturoi si sare mare. Adaugati aceasta pasta in lapte. Principalul ingredient curativ al acestei paste este sarea, care, find higroscopica, absoarbe fluidele din cap si diminueaza tensiunea;<br />

<p><span style="color:#808000;">Pentru durerile de cap cauzate de raceli, beti un decoct din coriandru si zahar;<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808000;">Cateodata, durerile de cap sunt cauzate si de gaze excesive din stomac. Pentru astfel de dureri, beti un pahar de apa calduta cu o lamaie proaspata stoarsa in ea. Va va elimina si durerea de cap si gazele.<br />
pisati niste scortisoara si faceti-o pasta, cu ajutorul unei cantitati reduse de apa. Aplicati-o pe cap sub forma de compresa;<br />

pregatiti un ceai chimion, ghimbir si seminte de coriandru. Diminueaza durerea si poate fi baut la orice ora din zi;<br />
eliminarea durerilor poate fi posibila si prin bai aromate prelungite;<br />
uleiul de masaj este foarte bun in alinarea durerilor. Poate fi folosit foarte usor si acasa pentru vindecarea durerilor de cap;<br />
dimineata devreme, imediat dupa ce v-ati trezit, luati un mar, treceti-l prin sare si mancati-l. Apoi, beti apa calduta sau lapte. Continuati asa timp de 10 zile. Acest tratament va reduce problema durerilor de cap continue;<br />
uleiul de migdale este un alt remediu alternativ de a vindeca durerile de cap. Masati fruntea si muschii inferiori ai gatului.</span></p>

Sa fie chiar asa? <br />

<p><span style="color:#808000;"><span id="more-57"></span>Aditivii alimentari reprezinta cea mai noua provocare in materie de nutritie. Un subiect foarte la moda in zilele noastre, cand problema necesarului caloric zilnic a devenit desueta, cand febra aportului de vitamine si oligoelemente pare sa fi trecut, iar sloganul &#8220;alimentul sanatos este cel nepreparat, cu un continut enzimatic intact&#8221; cedeaza locul ideii ca naturala si sanatoasa este alimentatia fara aditivi.<br />
        </span><span style="color:#808000;">In cele ce urmeaza ne propunem ca inainte de a descrie patologia generata de consumul de aditivi, caci, fara indoiala, folositi necorespunzator se fac vinovati de multe si uneori foarte grave maladii, sa definim termeni care ii privesc si sa amintim reglementari ale utilizarii lor.<br />
        </span><span style="color:#808000;">Sa incepem chiar cu celebrul &#8220;E&#8221;<br />
Pentru usurarea etichetarii, pe ambalaj nu este trecuta denumirea completa a aditivului, acesta fiind scrisa intr-o forma standardizata, acceptata international. Denumirea de pe eticheta este alcatuita din litera &#8220;E&#8221; urmata de o cifra, ceea ce usureaza foarte mult etichetarea, in cazul produselor ce contin multi aditivi, sau cand aditivii au denumiri foarte lungi. De exemplu Neohesperidina DC, un indulcitor, va fi scris simplu: E 959. Utilitatea devine evidenta in cazul Hidroxipropilmetil celulozei &#8211; E 464 (gelificant).<br />
       Ce sunt asadar aditivii alimentari?<br />
Iata cateva definitii:<br />
1. Aditivii alimentari sunt substante care se folosesc la prepararea unor produse alimentare in scopul ameliorarii calitatii acestora sau pentru a permite aplicarea unor tehnologii avansate de prelucrare.(Ordinul Ministerului Sanatatii Nr.975/1999).<br />
2. Substante care la origine nu reprezinta o parte constituenta a alimentelor, adaugate in scopul de a modifica &#8211; favorabil &#8211; insusirile organoleptice sau ca o necesitate directa de desfasurare a anumitor procese tehnologice.(Tratat de Igiena-Sebastian Dumitrache).<br />
3. Aditivul alimentar reprezinta orice substanta care nu este consumata ca aliment in sine si nu este folosita ca ingredient constituent al unui aliment, care are sau nu valoare nutritiva si care se adauga intentionat, cu un scop tehnologic (incluzand modificari organoleptice) in timpul producerii, procesarii, prepararii, tratarii, impachetarii, ambalarii, transportului si stocarii unui aliment, devenind un component sau afectand intr-un fel caracteristicile alimentelor la care se adauga. Acest termen nu include substantele contaminante sau pe cele adaugate pentru a imbunatati sau mentine calitatile nutritive si nici clorura de sodiu.(Codex Alimentarius FAO-WHO)<br />
       Aditivii alimentari apartin urmatoarelor categorii:<br />
- conservanti &#8211; substante care prelungesc perioada de pastrare a alimentelor prin protejarea lor impotriva alterarii produse de microorganisme;<br />
- antioxidanti &#8211; substante care prelungesc perioada de pastrare a alimentelor prin protejare impotriva oxidarii (de exemplu: rancezirea, schimbarea culorii);<br />
- acidifianti &#8211; substante care cresc aciditatea alimentelor, imprimandu-le un gust acru;<br />
- substante-tampon &#8211; folosesc la reglarea si la mentinerea pH-ului specific alimentului;<br />
- antispumanti &#8211; se folosesc pentru reducerea si prevenirea spumei;<br />
- emulsificatori &#8211; substante care fac posibila formarea si mentinerea unui amestec omogen intre doua sau mai multe faze nemiscibile;<br />
- agenti de gelificare &#8211; substante care permit si care ajuta la formarea gelurilor;<br />
- sequestranti &#8211; substante care formeaza complexe cu ionii metalici;<br />
- stabilizatori &#8211; substante care fac posibila mentinerea proprietatilor fizico-chimice ale alimentelor, mentinand omogenizarea dispersiilor, culoarea etc.;<br />
- substante de ingrosare &#8211; substante care au capacitatea de a mari vascozitatea produselor alimentare;<br />
- indulcitori &#8211; substante (altele decat zaharul) care se utilizeaza pentru a da gust dulce alimentelor;<br />
- coloranti naturali si coloranti de sinteza;<br />
- agenti de afanare &#8211; substante care contribuie la cresterea volumului alimentelor fara a modifica valoarea energetica;<br />
- antiaglomeranti ;<br />
- potentiatori de aroma &#8211; mentin si amplifica aroma specifica alimentului ;<br />
- substante-suport &#8211; faciliteaza transportul si utilizarea aditivilor fara a modifica proprietatile pe care se bazeaza utilizarea lor;<br />
- enzime &#8211; folosite in industria alimentara ;<br />
- aromatizanti- se impart in trei categorii:<br />
- substante aromate naturale &#8211; se obtin din materii prime de origine vegetala sau animala;<br />
- substante identic naturale &#8211; sunt identice din punct de vedere al compozitiei cu aromele naturale, componentele fiind obtinute prin sinteza;<br />
- substante artificiale &#8211; se obtin prin sinteza, avand structura si compozitia diferite de cele naturale. <br />
         In consumarea acestora trebuie sa se tina cont de Cantitatea Zilnica Acceptabila. Aceasta reprezinta cantitatea de aditiv alimentar, raportata la kg. de greutate corporala, care poate fi consumata zilnic pe perioada intregii vieti, fara un risc semnificativ pentru sanatate.</span></div>

<p><span style="color:#808080;">1 lingurita rasa de pedicuta se opareste in 250 ml de apa clocotita timp de 2 minute. Se bea 1 ceasca pe zi, dimineata, pe stomacul gol, cu 1 ora inainte de micul dejun, inghititura cu inghititura. În cazul cirozei hepatice sau cancerului hepatic se beau zilnic 2 cesti. Este indicat pentru reumatici si bolnavii de artrita, chiar daca prezinta modificari ale articulatiilor, in caz de constipatie cronica si hemoroizi. Este recomandat in toate bolile cailor urinare, a organelor genitale, la dureri si tumefieri ale testiculelor, in colicile renale, hepatite, tumori ale tesutului conjunctiv al ficatului, chiar daca sunt deja maligne.</span></p>

Se recomanda in bronsite, laringite, faringite, astm bronsic, pleurezie, tuberculoza pulmonara, tuse, raguseala. Se beau mai multe cani pe zi indulcite cu miere de albine.</span></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI PENTRU TUSE</span></strong></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se amesteca podbal, lumanarica, cuscrisor (mierea ursului sau plamanarica), patlagina ingusta in parti egale. Se iau 2 lingurite din amestecul de plante la 250 ml de apa clocotita si se oparesc. Se beau zilnic 3 cesti, calde, indulcite cu miere, inghititura cu inghititura.<br />
<em><strong></strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;"><em><strong>CEAI DE PUFULITA CU FLORI MICI</strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se opareste 1 lingurita cu varf de planta la 250 ml de apa clocotita, se lasa sa stea putin. Se beau 2 cani pe zi, prima dimineata, pe stomacul gol, iar a doua seara, cu 1 ora inainte de cina. Se recomanda pentru prostatita cronica, in hipertrofie a prostatei, in cancer vezical sau la prostata.</span></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI DE ROSTOPASCA</span></strong></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se prepara ca mai sus. Are leac in bolile hepatice grave, curata sangele si ficatul, are influenta benefica asupra metabolismului, este folosit cu succes in afectiunile biliare, renale si hepatice. În combinatie cu urzica si mladite de soc, este indicat in leucemie.</span></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI DE SALVIE</span></strong></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">prepararea ca mai sus. Recomandare sub forma de gargara in gingivite, paradontoze. Baut ca ceai, are efecte asupra paraliziilor, apoplexiei, in combaterea transpiratiei nocturne, spasmelor, in afectiunile maduvei spinarii, in dereglari glandulare, in tremurul membrelor, asupra ficatului bolnav, a balonarilor. Are actiune depurativa, elimina mucozitatile prea abundente din aparatul respirator, stimuleaza pofta de mancare, combate diareea si tulburarile intestinale. Se mai poate recomanda in amigdalite, boli de gat, abcese dentare, inflamatii ale laringelui si cavitatii bucale, ajuta dintii care se misca, gingiile care sangereaza.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;"><em><strong>CEAI DE SPLINUTA</strong></em><strong><em>CEAI DE URZICA</em></strong>se prepara ca mai sus. Recomandat in eczeme, dureri de cap, eliminarea nisipului de la rinichi si in bolile renale, fiind depurativ si hematopoetic, are influenta pozitiva asupra pancreasului, scade glicemia, vindeca bolile si inflamatiile cailor urinare, are si efect laxativ, fiind indicat in cura de primavara. vajaitului in urechi, tulburarile de vedere, cardiace si circulatorii.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">de regula se prepara impreuna cu dragaica, urzica moarta, in parti egale. Se ia 1 lingurita de plante la 250 ml de apa clocotita, se lasa sa stea putin, se beau 3-4 cesti pe zi. Se recomanda in bolile si hemoragiile intestinale, in afectiuni renale, in racordarea la rinichiul artificial, in stari sufletesti dupa un soc de ordin depresiv, deceptii, stari sufletesti stresante.</span></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI DE SUNATOARE</span></strong></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se opareste 1 lingurita cu varf la 250 ml de apa clocotita, timp de 1-2 minute. Se consuma 2-3 cani pe zi. Se recomanda in leziuni nervoase, boli nervoase, rani de pe urma unor lovituri si vatamari prin ridicat, in diaree, in nevralgia trigemenului, astenie insotita de insomnii, in tulburari de vorbire, somn agitat, accese de isterie, somnambulism, incontinenta urinara, depresii, dereglari ale ciclului menstrual.</span></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI DE TATANEASA</span></strong></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se pun peste noapte, la rece, 2 lingurite de radacina taiata marunt, in 250 ml de apa rece. Dimineata se incalzeste usor si se strecoara. Se beau 3 cani pe zi, cu inghitituri mici. Este indicat in ulcerul gastric, combinat cu 50 gr galbenele, 50 gr troscot. Se foloseste in bronsite, afectiuni ale aparatului digestiv, hemoragii stomacale, pleurezii.</span></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI DE TRAISTA CIOBANULUI</span></strong></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se opareste 1 lingurita de planta la 250 ml de apa clocotita, timp de 2-3 minute. Se beau zilnic 2-3 cesti. Se recomanda in hemoragii nazale, stomacale, intestinale, metroragii, hipermenoree, in rani sangerande. În bolile de femei se beau cu 8-10 zile inainte de venirea ciclului cate 2 cesti. Acest ceai se foloseste si in reglarea ciclului in perioada pubertatii. Pe timpul menopauzei se beau cate 2 cesti timp de 30 de zile, cu pauza de 21 de zile, repetandu-se periodic.</span></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI DE TURITA MARE</span></strong></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se prapara o infuzie din 1 lingurita de planta la 250 ml de apa clocotita, timp de 2 minute. Se beau zilnic 2 cesti. Se recomanda in inflamatiile gatului si ale gurii, cum ar fi laringita, stomatita ulceroasa, de asemenea in caz de anemie, rani, reumatism, lumbago, tulburari digestive, ciroza hepatica, in bolile splenice, emfizem pulmonar, cord marit, dilatarea stomacului si a intestinelor, in bolile renale si vezicale.</span></p>

<p><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI DE URZICA MOARTA GALBENA</span></strong></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se prepara ca mai sus si se beau 2 cesti pe zi. Are efecte benefice in caz de tulburari si dureri menstruale, asupra glandelor pelviene, in retentie urinara, in boli ale cailor urinare si renale grave, in tulburari digestive, contra ulceratiilor si a varicelor.</span></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI DE VENTRILICA</span></strong></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se face o infuzie, se beau 2 cesti pe zi, neindulcite. Îndeparteaza secretiile stomacale abundente, tulburarile intestinale, combate nervozitatea care provine din suprasolicitarea intelectuala, indeparteaza senzatiile de ameteala, are efect asupra memoriei, asupra secretiilor si eczemelor cronice. Amestecat cu telina inlatura debilitatile nervoase si starile melancolice. Are rezultate bune si in cazul reumatismului, artritelor, icterului, nisipului in urina.</span></p>
<p><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI DE VASC</span></strong></em></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se pregateste doar ca extract rece, din 1 lingurita de planta la 250 ml de apa rece, lasat la macerat peste noapte. Daca este necesara o cantitate mai mare, se poate pastra cald in termos. Se recomanda in epilepsie, impotriva spasmelor cronice, a acceselor de isterie, influenteaza pozitiv functionarea intregului sistem glandular, stimuland metabolismul, are actiune asupra pancreasului, diabetului, tulburarilor hormonale. În aceste cazuri se beau 2 cesti pe zi. Împotriva arterosclerozei, apoplexiei are efect hemostatic. Tras rece pe nas opreste hemoragiile nazale. Consumat ca ceai, opreste hemoragiile pulmonare si intestinale din timpul tifosului si dizenteriei. Scade tensiunea arteriala la hipertensivi si creste tensiunea la hipotensivi. Are actiune in cazul congestiei cerebrale, a senzatiilor de ameteala,</span></p>

Se recomanda in inflamatiile mucoaselor gastro-intestinale, gastrite, inflamatiile mucoaselor vezicale, ale cavitatii bucale, in caz de secretie pulmonara abundenta, bronsite, tuse, raguseala puternica, amigdalita, laringita, gura uscata, emfizem pulmonar. Se beau 2-3 cesti de ceai pe zi.</span></span></div>

<p><span style="color:#808080;">1 lingurita cu varf de planta oparita in 250 ml de apa, se lasa sa stea putin. Se foloseste in stimularea fluxului diuretic si ciclului lunar, accelereaza avorturile si nasterea normala, grabind iesirea fatului din trupul mamei. Este un bun leac impotriva leprei, a paraliziei, a bolilor de nervi. Baut dimineata in loc de cafea are un efect binefacator, o prospetime a spiritului, o senzatie placuta la stomac, lipsa tusei de dimineata, o stare generala buna. Se foloseste si in crampele abdominale, stomacale si menstruale, ca si in spasmele organelor pelviene (genitale). Asociat in parti egale cu patlagina ingusta, cimbrul si-a dovedit eficacitatea in combaterea afectiunilor cailor respiratorii, a secretiilor abundente bronsice, a astmului bronsic, in tusea convulsiva. Se beau 2-3 cesti pe zi, iar in crizele de epilepsie se beau 2 cesti pe zi, timp de 3 saptamani, cu intrerupere de 10 zile.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;"><em><strong>CEAI DE CIUBOTICA CUCULUI</strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se prepara ca mai sus. Este recomandat impotriva insomniei, in tulburarile nervoase, are efecte linistitoare asupra inimii si a nervilor, are efect depurativ, elimina substantele toxice, calmeaza migrena, cefaleea, elimina calculii vezicii urinare. Se beau 2-3 cesti pe zi.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;"><em><strong>CEAI DE COADA CALULUI</strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">1 lingurita cu varf de planta la 1 litru de apa clocotita, se opareste, se lasa sa stea putin sa se infuzeze, se strecoara si se beau cate 2-3 cesti pe zi, caldut, cu inghitituri mici. Este recomandat in dureri reumatismale, artrite si nevralgii, hemoragii si varsaturi cu sange, in cazul racelilor vezicale, a durerilor spastice, ajuta in retentiile de apa in pericard, in pleura sau in tulburarile renale de dupa scarlatina si alte boli infectioase grele cu dereglari in eliminarea apei. Se mai foloseste in eruptii de piele insotite cu mancarimi. Coada calului amestecata cu sunatoare, oparita si consumata 1-2 cesti pe zi, in timp ce seara se consuma hrana solida, ajuta in incontinenta urinara. Se recomanda gargara de coada calului in amigdalite, inflamatii ale mucoasei bucale, stomatite ulceroase, sangerari ale gingiilor, gingivite, fistule si polipi in cerul gurii si gat, in tumori maligne, acestea din urma putand fi stopate.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;"><em><strong>CEAI DE COADA SORICELULUI</strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se prepara ca mai sus. Se recomanda in cazul ciclului neregulat, menopauzei, cancerului la organele pelviene, in cazul inflamarii ovarelor, in incontinenta urinara, leucoree. Se fac bai de sezut si se beau 1-2 cesti pe zi. În prolaps uterin se fac bai de sezut si se beau 4 cesti pe zi, impreuna cu cretisoara. Este recomandat si in congestii cerebrale insotite de dureri, impotriva ametelilor, a greturilor, a bolilor de ochi insotite de lacrimari, a durerilor acute de ochi, a hemoragiei nazale, in migrena cauzata de schimbarea vremii.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#999999;"><em><strong><span style="color:#808080;">CEAI DE CRETISOARA</span></strong></em></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">se face o infuzie din 1 lingurita cu varf de planta la 1 l apa clocotita. Se beau 2-3 cesti pe zi si este indicat in febra pricinuita de rani purulente, leziuni, abcese neglijate, in urma extractiilor dentare, indeparteaza slabiciunile musculare (adinomiile, miopatiile) si articulare, ajuta in anemii, in leziunile postnatale, in relaxarea organelor pelviene la femeile care au avut nasteri grele sau predispozitia spre avort (pentru fixarea sarcinii) si fortifierea fibrelor uterine in toate bolile de femei. În asociere cu traista ciobanului se foloseste in histeroptoza (prolaps uterin) si hernii inghinale. În aceste cazuri se beau 4 cesti pe zi. În obezitate se beau 2-3 cani de ceai.</span><span style="color:#808080;"><em><strong></strong></em></span></p>
<p><em><strong>CEAIUL DE DRAGAICA (SANZIENE)</strong></em></p>
<p>se prepara ca mai sus. Se foloseste in bolile de ficat, rinichi, pancreas, splina, este indicat pentru cei care sufera de tulburari ale sistemului limfatic, in cloroza, hidropizie, junghiuri intercostale, epilepsie, isterie, boli ale nervilor, retentie urinara, nisip si piatra (calculi) la rinichi, vezica urinara, in bolile gusei, a glandei tiroide, cancerul limbii, ulceratii canceroase, boli de piele de natura canceroasa. Se beau pana la 4 cesti de ceai pe zi, iar in afectiunile de piele se foloseste si alifia.<em><strong> </strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>CEAI DE FILIMICA (GALBENELE)</strong></em></p>
<div><span style="color:#808080;">se face infuzie din 1 lingurita de flori la 250 ml de apa clocotita, timp de 2-3 minute, se strecoara, se beau 3 cani pe zi, cu inghitituri rare. Este recomandat pentru icterul infectios, are efect de curatire, stimuleaza circulatia sangelui, vindecarea ranilor, in boli gastro-intestinale, in crampe si ulcere stomacale, in inflamatii ale colonului, hematurie, viroze si infectii bacteriene.</span></div>
<div><span style="color:#808080;"><em><strong>CEAI DE MACRISUL IEPURELUI</strong></em></span></div>
<div><span style="color:#808080;">se opareste 1 lingura de frunze proaspete cu 1 l apa clocotita. Înlatura pirozisul (arsurile la stomac), tulburarile hepatice si digestive usoare. Se beau 2 cani pe zi, incalzite, contra icterului, nefritei, eruptiilor cutanate, viermilor.</span></div>
<p><span style="color:#808080;"><em><strong>CEAI DE MATASE DE PORUMB</strong></em></p>
<p>se opareste 1 lingurita cu varf la 250 ml de apa clocotita, se lasa putin in repaus, nu se indulceste. Se recomanda in bolile cailor urinare cu formatie litiazica (formare de calculi), in edeme, nefrite, catar vezical, artrite, reumatism, in incontinenta urinara, in colicile renale. Se bea la fiecare 2-3 ore cate 1 lingura plina de ceai.</p>
<p><em><strong>CEAI DE MUSETEL</strong></em></p>
<p>se face infuzie din 1 lingurita de flori la 250 ml de apa clocotita, timp de 2 minute, se strecoara si se beau 2-3 cani pe zi. Este indicat in crampe si dureri abdominale (colici), balonari, diaree, eruptii, dureri de stomac, secretii stomacale abundente, tulburari menstruale, alte afectiuni ale organelor pelviene, insomnii, epididimita, febra, dureri de pe urma ranilor, dureri de dinti. Se fierbe 1 l vin cu 1 pumn de musetel, se bea dimineata 1 pahar si unul seara, in caz de retentie urinara, maxim 8 zile.</p>
<p><em><strong>CEAI DE NUC</strong></em></p>
<p>1 lingurita cu varf de frunze taiate marunt se oparesc cu 250 ml de apa clocotita. Se foloseste in caz de tulburari digestive, constipatii, inapetenta, in curatirea sangelui, diabet, contra icterului.</p>
<p><em><strong>CEAI DE OBLIGEANA</strong></em></p>
<p>1 lingurita rasa de radacina se lasa peste noapte la macerat in 250 ml de apa rece. Dimineata se incalzeste si se strecoara. Se bea cate o inghititura inainte si dupa fiecare masa. Este indicat in cazul slabirii generale a organismului, a organelor digestive, in balonari stomacale, intestinale, colici, dereglari glandulare, artrita, la curatirea mucozitatilor intestinelor si stomacului de secretiile abundente, in hipometabolism, hipotonie intestinala, cloroza si hidropizie.</p>
<p><em><strong>CEAI DE PAPADIE</strong></em></p>
<p>se prepara ca mai sus. Se bea cu inghitituri mici, cu 1 ora inainte si dupa micul dejun. Este recomandat ca depurativ, pentru stimularea digestiei, sudorific, diuretic, stimulent, face sangele mai subtire, ajuta bolile biliare si hepatice.</p>

<p><span style="color:#808080;">Granulele de soia se pun la inmuiat 20 minute, dupa care se amesteca toate ingredientele (cartofii rasi, ceapa tocata marunt, usturoiul ras fin, inclusiv uleiul).</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">Pulpa de soia care ramane de la lapte se fierbe in apa sarata 15-20 minute, apoi se strecoara, ( sa nu ramana deloc apa) si se pune in compozitie.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#808080;">Se presara putin pesmet pe o tava, se toarna compozitia si se pune in cuptorul incins, lasandu-se la copt 30 minute.</span></p>
